At Whimsy & Wow, we provide local customers with flexible delivery options. You can opt for courier delivery, or we could have a sales representative deliver to you, should we have one servicing your specific area or you can choose to pick up items.

 

For locations outside Southern Ontario, we exclusively use courier services.

 

Orders will be shipped on two business day after the order was received. Should you not be present at home, your order will be left at your door.

Refunds: Your satisfaction is our priority. If, within 72 hours of delivery, you find any issues with your order, please contact us via email at info@whimsyandwow.ca. 

 

Once the product is delivered to your door, we cannot be held liable for any missing packages.
