If you are unhappy with the product you received, please notify us via email at info@whimsyandwow.ca and return the item to us within 14 days of it's arrival. We will only accept unopened, undamaged products for return.

Return postage is not covered by Whimsy & Wow.

The number of plates, cups, etc., included in a package will be listed in the product information in the store. Please take the time to read this as some of our products come in packs of twelve (12) or eight (8) while others come in packs of six (6).

Our standard shipping takes 3-5 business days for delivery.
